The YieldMaster® bag is flexible yet highly durable, permitting the poultry product to remain in the same package from processing to consumer oven and ultimately allowing product to cook in its original juices untouched, resulting in less shrinkage and tender, flavorful poultry.
YieldMaster® high-temperature cook-in bags for poultry not only withstands -100° blast freezing up to 400°degree foodservice and consumer cook-in bag processes, but they prevent protein adhesion to the bag and allow the poultry to brown to a more desirable degree than other bags on the market. Cooking time is reduced from half to one-third the standard cook time, and risk of product contamination is reduced as the poultry remains in the YieldMaster® bag from processing to the dinner table.
